Amakuni has officially announced the model of the Genesic GaoGaiGar from the new Amakuni Kizin Super line.
The Genesic GaoGaiGar appears in “The King Of Braves GaoGaiGar Final”, a series of 8 OVAs produced by Sunrise between 2000 and 2003 that serve as a sequel to the anime series The King Of Braves GaoGaiGar (all unreleased in Italy).
As the name suggests, the new model has the ambitious goal of being the largest Genesic GaoGaiGar ever produced, which in fact will measure 30 cm in height to the head (41 cm to the top of the wings) with an overall width of 55 cm and is made of ABS, PVC, PA, POM, PC and die-cast metal.
The model will be modular, allowing you to replicate the “Final Fusion” docking sequence between the Genesic GaiGar, ProtectGao, SpiralGao, BrokenGao, StraightGao, and GadgetGao will not only have more movable parts than the previous model, but the internal parts are also painted, adding definition to the surface, achieving a definition only possible in a large-scale model.
In the previous version, the “Hell & Heaven” attack could be recreated by replacing the special hand parts, but this time they also feature movable fingers, allowing for poses with both open and closed palms.
The “Protect Shade” can be activated with a flick of the switch, integrated into the forearm.
The Jet Feather’s claws hold the Protect Gao firmly in place, and between the torso and the Gadget Feather, folded on the back, GaiGar’s arms are visible.
The first segment of the Gadget Gao’s head transforms into the Gadget Tool’s “Will Knife” and comes with both a standard blade and a more impressive blade.
The second and third segments transform into the Gadget Tool’s “Volting Driver,” which comes with three types of bolts that can be attached to the tip.
Two heads are included: one that emphasizes combination and transformation and one that emphasizes the anime-accurate design, allowing for different display options.
By lining them up, you can see that, although the sizes are different, the shapes are almost identical.
All sculpts and designs have been completely redesigned, achieving both unprecedented sculptural beauty and a combined transformation mechanism.
Its generous dimensions far surpass those of previous Amakuni Kizin series models, and it features incredible detail and numerous gimmicks throughout its body appropriate for its size.
The metal parts used in each joint ensure greater stability, and its weight and power are impressive.
Furthermore, a feature featured for the first time ever in a Genesic GaoGaiGar model, it features built-in motors, allowing the rotation of the Broken Magnum in the right arm and the drills in both knees to be reproduced, reproducing the intensity of the anime action with unparalleled realism.
Additionally, optional parts are included to reproduce the new features appearing in the new companion manga “The King of Braves GaoGaiGar FINAL EXTRA EXPLODED EPISODE”.
The various combined forms of the GaiGar and the Gao-Machines can be recreated, allowing you to experience the world of the series even more deeply.
The Genesic GaoGaiGar Amakuni Kizin Super is now available for pre-order for 88,000 yen, with a release date set between December 2026 and January 2027.
