Figurama Collectors has officially announced and opened pre-orders for the Guyver1 Vs. Richard Guyot statue from the Guyver manga.
Guyver (original title “Kyōshoku Sōkō Guyver,” literally translated as Bio-Enhanced Armor Guyver) is an ongoing manga series written and illustrated by Takaya Yoshiki, first published in Japan in February 1985 by Tokuma Shoten and subsequently by Kadokawa Shoten, and published in Italy by Star Comics.
The series has spawned two OVAs, in 1986 and 1992, and a 26-episode animated series in 2005 by the animation studio Animate.
To celebrate the series’ 40th anniversary, Figurama Collectibles, in collaboration with Guyver Store, unveils this incredible 1/6 scale statue depicting the battle between protagonist Shō Fukamachi, Guyver 1, and Richard Guyot, one of the series’ most powerful and recurring enemies, capable of controlling gravity at will.
As mentioned, the statue is sculpted in 1/6 scale, measuring 54 cm high x 39 cm wide x 29 cm deep, and is made of Polystone and transparent resin.
The statue features several interchangeable extras for personalized display options. Two interchangeable left arms (one armed and one with a normal arm) and one damaged alternate head with a display torso are included. The diorama base is inspired by Richard Guyot’s crystal and Guyver 01’s control medal, and features an LED light-up function.
The Guyver 01 Vs. Richard Guyot statue is a limited-edition product that comes with its own certificate of authenticity and is currently available for pre-order at $459, with a release scheduled for the second half of 2026.
